Help & support

Answers, and a way to reach a human.

Common questions, what the statuses mean, and where to go for urgent or human support.

Cyber financial fraud in the last few hours? The national helpline is 1930 — acting fast helps freeze money. You can also report it here.

Frequently asked

Do I need an account to report?

No. You can draft a full report without signing in. You only sign in when you want to submit and track it, or see your history.

What is 1930?

1930 is the national helpline for cyber financial fraud specifically. If money has just left your account, calling it can help start a freeze faster. Every other cybercrime is handled here in the portal.

What does my complaint status mean?

Statuses are written in plain language — ‘Registered’, ‘Under initial review’, ‘Information requested’, and so on. Open your complaint from the Track page to see exactly what each step means and what, if anything, you need to do.

Is my information private?

The prototype is consent-first: you see what is collected and why, you confirm before anything is submitted, and you can remove details you’d rather not share.

Can I report anonymously?

For eligible sensitive-content categories (involving women or children), an anonymous path is offered. Financial and account cases work best with contact details so you can be updated.

Is this the real government portal?

No — this is an independent Build What Moves India concept that reimagines the citizen experience. All records and integrations are fictional.
